Full Time: QA Engineer

At DenseLight, we design and manufacture advanced photonics for the global high-tech instruments market with our proprietary state-of-the-art optoelectronics wafer-fab, assembly/test and fibre-optics capabilitites. Our products are enabling >100 customers in USA, Europe and Japan in applications ranging from biomedical imaging such as post-LASIK corneal topography, environmental sensing including networked chemical/gas monitoring, telecommunications with world-fastest 100/1000Mbps home Ethernet links, and defense/home security such as infrastructure perimeter protection sensing.



We seek qualified engineering staff to join our team in the creation and supply of these high-tech solutions, in all the following areas of engineering jobs:



RESPONSIBILITIES

 Conduct QA sampling inspection and verification tests.

 Perform internal audit to ensure quality system is maintained

 Assist in document control and record retention activities.

 Under guidance of Quality heads:

 Liaise with respective Engineering sections to improve manufacturing output and process control.

 Perform data gathering to support critical parameters trend analysis, deviations monitoring and abnormalities feedback.



REQUIREMENTS

 Degree / Diploma in Engineering

 Able to communicate well with staffs from various departments

 Good SPC knowledge

 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

 At least 3 years working experience in QA/QC preferably in the semiconductor manufacturing industry

 Knowledge in ISO 9000 QMS is a must

 Must be a team leader
