Agreed to meet 8.30 city hall mrt as he said he rushing off to catch a flight. Even told me in advance he will be wearing red polo carrying 2 luggages. I reached ard 8.20, whatsapp him I reached. No reply. Ran ard the whole of city hall mrt searching for someone wearing red polo, no such person. Waited till 9am, no reply.
