Would appreciate mod remove my negative from the above seller.
I offered him 90 for his Win 7 since it is retailing at 115 at sls. Which he agreed to. And we arranged to meet at his designated place at bishan.
He than say cant make it due to working late. And we arrange again on Sun. Again he say got wedding to attend. I sms him asking how about later or the next day?
he didnt reply n when I saw him upped his thread I asked him about it n that he is not honoring deal?
thus gave him a negative rating. Which he immediately returned a negative rating said I low balled him lol.
