Details of the complaint :
As seen on tread, im selling my i5-3570k bundle, since the mobo is sealed from rma, i believe that their qc wont fail, however it isnt so, as i tested only the cpu, mobo, ram, ssd, hdd only on the spot for the buyer since he opted out for the gpu so its isnt tested
Buyer notify me on the night itself (2apr) after the purchase, as i wasnt available, i texted him on 5am to let him know i will do a refund for the mobo providing he will bring it back and let me test on the spot,
On 3apr, texted him to know when he will be coming over as previous texts shows he wanted meet 6pm on 3apr, however he wasnt available, as my personal warranty only covers 1 day only and anything after that goes directly to the distro, out of good will i gave him another day, so he asked if meet up possible on 4apr evening
on 4apr, he texted me that he wasnt coming, i apologised for everything
on 5apr, i received the negative rating from him
Efforts had been made to refund him over 2 days, but he wasnt available to bring it down to me, i believe i had done my part except for the pcie slot on the mobo which i didnt test which i assume that rma item will be fully working
I've called up asview technology regarding this and they say they will do something for me
Mod please let me know if this is my fault or can i appeal ?
