[ASK] What happen if you buy something but it is not delivered to you?

I would like to know your opinion, I buy microsd from here:

BNIB SanDisk Ultra 32GB MicroSDHC Class 10/UHS-1 Memory Card ~!



and had transferred the money to TS on 11 May 2014, TS replied on 12 May 2014 said it will be posted the next day.



Until today I haven't receive the memory.

TS said it he use normal postage:

Normal postage: All items priced here are inclusive of local non-registered postage. Lost mails for this option is not my liability as there are no way to track. Takes 1 working day.



My Question: using normal postage, it will be put inside my mailbox right?

If I haven't receive it till 5 days, what could happen?



Tried to contact TS no response for few days, now replied say to watch my words.



How do I know he had post it or not?



Any Advise?
