This candidate will be hired tohandle the company’s Japan market’s activities of adjustment and collectionsmatters from overseas customers in Japan physically







Responsibilities:



· Maintain, key-in and updateinformation in the computer system after talking to overseas customer throughemail / phone



· Handle payment adjustments andupdates



Job Requirements



· Minimum 1 year of experience incollection, account receivables or customer service experience, able to speakfluent Japanese and English to communicate with Japanese-speaking overseascustomers physically in Japan



· Mon – Fri, (8:30am – 6:15pm) at KakiBukit



· Able to commence work immediately on1 year



· Candidates must be able totype Japanese characters into computer system
