Responsibilities:







Thiscandidate will be hired to handle the company’s Korea market’s activities ofadjustment and collections matters from overseas customers in South Koreaphysically



•Maintain, key-in and update information in thecomputer system after talking to overseas customer through email / phone



•Handle payment adjustments and updates







JobRequirements







•Minimum 1 year of experience in collection, accountreceivables or customer service experience, able to speak fluent Koreanlanguage and English language to communicate with Korean-speaking overseascustomers physically in South Korea



•Mon – Fri, (8:30am – 6:15pm) at Kaki Bukit



•Able to commence work immediately on 1 year



•Candidates must be able to type Korean charactersinto computer system
