Responsibilities:-
• Serve as a contact point in handling customers’ queries, requests, order processing, monitoring of delivery professionally.
• Respond to customer enquiries and prepare relevant documentation for order processing.
• Assist clients who visit our showroom and assist with product selection for new openings and existing customers.
• Manage project deliveries to maximize delivery of orders and reduce need for split shipments.
• Manage after-sales issues relating to replacements and repairs.
• Interact with logistics & Purchasing department to advice customers on status of orders.
• Work & Liaise closely within internal sales counterparts/depts to resolve customers’ feedback/issues.
Requirements:-
• Singaporeans only
• Relevant working experience in export
• Proficient in MS applications
• Excellent Interpersonal & Communication skills
• Must be meticulous and able to pay attention to details
Other information:-
• Working location at Pandan Road
• Monday to Friday 830am to 615pm
• Salary up to 2.5K
