Responsibilities:

1. To engage Building Management (BM) during site surveys of building to obtain Building Management details and information


2. To obtain all the relevant requirements in terms of House Rules, deposits, insurance requirements etc. stipulated by the BM


3. To manage BM and build up relationship with BMs.


4. To carry out site surveys with BMs and explore/advise on feasibility of implementation for providing services to the building’s tenants; submission of proposals and documentation to BMs for orders.


5. To perform order management and Service Provisioning (Effectively monitoring and managing of order provisioning), so as to deliver services smoothly through BM engagement process


6. Works with internal parties to resolve provisioning issues & keep customers informed of request status and progress

Requirements:

1. NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma,


2. No work experience required


3. Applicants without relevant qualifications but have experience in IT knowledge welcome to apply too


4. Able to work in fast paced environment
