Information:



Salary:

Nitec : $1700

Diploma ; $1850

Nitec with 1 year IT experience: $1850 - $1900

Diploma with 1 year IT experience : $2000 - $2100

9am-6pm(Monday - Friday)

Bonus: 2-4 months

15 days annual Leave





No experience is needed! Training is provided!



Responsibilities:



• Fault handling and escalation (identifying and responding to faults on systems and networks, liaising with 3rd party vendors, handling escalation through to resolution through joint investigation with other network operators and contractors

• Contribute to team effort by performing other duties as assigned

• Provide the first and second level troubleshooting and identify the root cause analysis of any production related issues





Requirements:

• Nitec/Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or equivalent.


• Results and goal-oriented individual who possesses initiative, good interpersonal and communication skills.


• Proactive team player with ability to work independently in challenging projects and timelines.
