Last minute cancellation of deal

Plaintiff's nick: ZEKARK

Accused's nick: Moli89

Original thread link with title: iPhone 5S Gold

Date of transaction : 2 August 2014

Amount of money involved : -

Details of the complaint : Agreed to deal with this buyer at town after confirming the deal. But when I'm on my way down to orchard, the buyer suddenly told me that he/she is only looking for a brand new unit.

I've already made it clear to the buyer that the iPhone I'm selling is bought on January this year after he/she asked if it's brand new. I assume that the buyer knew that this is a used unit as I didn't not include a BNIB in my title, neither did I state anywhere in my thread that the unit I'm selling is brand new.

However, I stated the condition as 9.5/10 because it was an under utilize phone & there is no scratches & what so ever.

Overall, I think it's the buyer's fault in cancelling the deal when he/she misread my thread & reply. Although the buyer said that he/she will transfer me $15 in return for my cab fare, I've yet to receive a reply from him/her since 4 hours ago for my account number to transfer the cab fare to me even though I'm already okay with it although the cab fare had cost more than $15.

Therefore, I'd like some suggestions on whether should I give this buyer a negative rep.

I've also attached screenshots below of the whole conversation. Had censored away the last 3 numbers of the buyer's phone number.

Screenshots of conversation.
