All Vouchers are :
- Not valid for Gold Class Cinemas (except for Gold Class Movie Gift / Wine & Dine), premium-priced films(eg. 3D films, etc.), group bookings, film marathons, film festival and premieres.
- Not valid for telephone, internet, AXS and iGV bookings.
- Vouchers do not guarantee seating and must be exchanged for admission tickets at the box office. Not more than 20 vouchers can be exchanged at the box office at any one time.
- Gold Class Movie Gift Vouchers can only be exchanged at GV Grand, GV Katong and GV VivoCity Box Office counter for the respective admission tickets.
- Gold Class Movie Gift Vouchers are also available for sale at GV Grand, GV Katong and GV VivoCity Box Office counters only.
- No refunds will be made.
- Not valid for re-sale and not redeemable for cash.
- Golden Village will not accept expired vouchers and entertain revalidation requests.
- Golden Village will not be responsible for any lost or damaged vouchers.
- Please note that sales and collection of vouchers are not available at all GV Box Office.
