Rotating shifts (12hrs/ shift) or Office hour
Job Scope:
Assisting users remotely in resolving issues encountered on IT systems
Isolate the problem and escalate to relevant teams
Troubleshooting on IT pheriperals, Desktop, labtop and standard applications
Job Requirements:
Minimum Nitec or Diploma
Candidates without experience are welcome to apply with training provided
Open to work 12 hour shifts (Work 3 days off 3 days)
Shift Allowance - $10 for Day, $20 for Night
