Customer Service Officer/ Immed/ Tai Seng/ Up Till $9/hr
Location: Tai Seng Call Centre Office (Opposite from Tai Seng MRT)
Department: Customer Retention Management (CRM)Dept- Loyalty Department
Job description:
- Make inbound and outbound calls to customers and have them extend/ re-contract on current contracts
- Requires to attend training for 1-2 weeks prior to shifts @ $7/hr
- When shifts starts salary would revised to $9/hr
Conditions:
- Able to work 5 days in a week with weekend included, off day weekday.
- 8.5 hours per shift between hours of
1) 9.00 am- 6.30 pm
2) 11.30 am – 9.00 pm + $10 shift allowance for 2nd shift
