Our client is an established and well known Japanese MNC responsible for some of the most exciting and renowned products in the video gaming industry internationally. Hiring opportunities are now available for the role of a logistics executive.



Job Scope

• In-charge of logistics coordination activities


• Processing of sales and delivery orders, and sales invoices on SAP


• Processing invoices from third party logistics.


• Monitoring and processing shipment orders


• Review relevant work processes to ensure efficiency and productivity are being upheld


• Inventory stock monitoring and tracking


• Ensuring assignments / tasks are completed in keeping with KPI

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma / Degree


• At least 2 years’ experience in similar capacity


• Ability to converse in English and Mandarin in order to liaise with Chinese speaking clients


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills


• Good working knowledge in MS Office, Excel (PIVOT Table) and SAP


• Open to OT whenever required
