JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Onsite Installation & Troubleshooting

• Ensure excellent customer experience

• Handle customer issues

• Provide technical advice to customer

• Provide backend administration with accurate information



REQUIREMENT:



• Min ‘O’ Levels/ITE

• Customer orientated with excellent customer service

• Vehicle possession will be an added advantage

• able to work independently



Training will be provided.
