I have a single Chinese Malaysian lady working as site engineer and currently holding onto employment pass. She works on a 6 day working week and due to her nature of work, she will be travelling most of the time and location will not be a problem as long as room condition is deem suitable. Cooking is not necessary but would be good if light cooking is allowed. Moving in date is flexible. Please call me (Jeffrey) at 96179459 if you have a room to sublet to my tenant.
