Dealt with this guy a few times and became so call friend. Last time he asked me to sell him two rams worth $140 but coz short of money at that time and he promised will pay me on the payday of following month. I was persuaded. In the past 5 months, every time I asked about money, he got all kinds of excuses. at first I never thought he was playing delaying tactics and believed him. $140 not big amount, but i need justice. A guy just bought a new flat scammed $140 to a person who has to pay $1000 rent fee? wtf!
ya ya I know we should learn from lessons, COD only. Just feel a bit sad， about human nature.
