Job Responsibilities:



- Manage and maintain the Windows virtualized server environment



- Provide IT support to the regional end users



- Support and manage the life cycle of IT assets and inventory control of all IT equipments



- Maintenance of the office automation and communication systems



- Manage external vendors providing IT services and equipment





Job Requirements:



- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in managing the servers and network infrastructure



- Working experience in Active Directory, DNS, group policy, exchange, virtualization, SAN, Firewall VPN, routers, Mobile device management, PABX and Video Conference system



- Experience in troubleshooting of Microsoft Navision and SAP Business One



- This role requires travelling in the Asia Pacific Region to provide technical support
