Billing Assistant (Changi, Alternate 5.5days, S$1500-1800)



Responsibilities:

• Perform billing of invoices to customers

• Coordinating with internal operations and customers on queries relating to invoices

• Follow up on outstanding with customers, both local and overseas

• Maintain & reporting of timely and accurate accounts reporting

• To assist in some accounts-related matters



Requirements:

•Can start work within short notice or immediately near Changi Airport area

•Singaporeans only

•Able to work alternate 5.5 days

•Possess some relevant experience in billing / invoicing / simple book-keeping
