HR Assistant / Executive (Gul, $2000-3300, 5days)
Company Introduction: MNC company in offshore marine and oil and gas industry, located at Gul / Pioneer etc west areas of Singapore
Responsibilities:
•Handle full spectrum of Recruitment & Selections functions - posting advertisements, sourcing, screening, filtering candidates, liaising for interviews between hiring managers and candidates
•Involved and participate in Employee Engagement - Handling interactions, grievances, feedbacks, work improvement processes, training needs (if needed, etc), employees' surveys etc
Requirements:
•Candidates must possess at least a recognized Diploma or Degree in HR or relevant studies with minimum 1 year (HR assistant) and 3-5 years (HR executive) of HR experience with established firms in Singapore, preferably in heavy engineering, oil and gas, construction sectors, offshore marine etc
•Proficient in Microsoft Office and any HRIS system knowledge
•Able to communicate in fluent English and a independent worker
•Singaporeans only
•Candidates must be comfortable with working in west area of Singapore
