Korean-Speaking Officer (S$2000-2600, 5days work week, Kaki Bukit)
Responsibilities:
This candidate will be hired to handle the company’s Korea market’s activities of adjustment and collections matters from overseas customers in South Korea physically
•Maintain, key-in and update information in the computer system after talking to overseas customer through email / phone
•Handle payment adjustments and updates
Job Requirements
•Minimum 1 year of experience in collection, account receivables or customer service experience, able to speak fluent Korean language and English language to communicate with Korean-speaking overseas customers physically in South Korea
•Mon – Fri, (8:30am – 6:15pm) at Kaki Bukit
•Able to commence work immediately on 1 year
•Candidates must be able to type Korean characters into computer system
