training programme provided for our candidates will cover knowledge on insurance products as well as effective
selling skills, amongst others. Depending on the candidate’s experience, JHO will provide tailor-made
training programmes to suit the need of the candidates throughout his/her career. Candidates will have practical exposure through attachments to our
experienced consultants. Candidates will also be trained to create business advantage through innovative and unique selling propositions. Examination
certifications will also be sponsored for the successful candidates with training classes.
Requirements:
Minimum age 21 years old
Full Certificate in GCE “A” Levels or International Baccalaureate
Diploma, a Diploma awarded by a Polytechnic in Singapore or Equivalanet
Possess excellent interpersonal communication skills, a
positive attitude, enterprising, strong self-discipline and a keen interest
to learn Monthly allowance of up to $5,000/mth with attractive performance
based incentives for qualified candidates. M5, M9, M9A and HI certifications are
an added advantage Tertiary Undergraduates as well as Foreigners under
Employment Pass with a Bachelors Degree are welcomed to apply as well!
