Duties & Responsibilities:
- Work with Functional Team to evaluate and/or propose solutions to address business requirements.
- Review functional specifications and prepare technical specifications to the solution.
- Perform SIT and manage UAT on new/modified customizations/reports/interfaces.
- Participate in activities such as application of PeopleSoft maintenance bundles, PeopleTools upgrade and other technical activities (e.g. database upgrade) when required.
- Provide adequate documentations on all work accomplishments in accordance to the established guidelines and standards.
Requirements:-
- A good degree in Computer Science, IT or a related discipline with 7 - 10 years of working experience in IT development.
- Proven track record in implementing and/or maintaining PeopleSoft systems, preferably PeopleSoft Campus Solutions and CRM for Higher Education.
- Possess working knowledge and technical experience in PeopleTools 8.5x including PeopleCode, Application Packages, Application Engine, Component Interface, Data Mover, PS Query, XML Publisher, Integration Broker etc.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking, decision making and interpersonal skills.
- Good communication skills and able to communicate effectively with technical staff and business community.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Experience in Java and/or Campus Solutions 9.0 and/or CRM 9.1 is an added advantage.
