Job Scope
• Work with various departments to review and develop finance policies to improve efficiencies
• Communicate and train staff members to understand the policies and ensure adherence to the policies in the organisation
• Work closely with external and internal Auditors and colleagues to improve internal controls and risk management in the organisation
Requirements
• Bachelor Degree in Accountancy/Business Administration/ACCA
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounting or Internal Audit. Experience in system audits will be an advantage
• An eye for details in identifying gaps for improvements
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work independently, yet a team player, delivering results and meeting business needs
