I am still curious for those who are working in big corporations or relatively huge one, and if you have to work late almost everyday, how did you cope with it. I somehow find that working late overtime can be exhausting and slowly it will diminish your work efficiency and able to appreciate your work well. However, I realise that somehow working late becomes normal for Singapore culture. I am not saying those that have to work till 8pm, there are some company which requires staff to work till 10pm everyday to be consider to have "good attitiude" and "committed" and "willing to learn". Those terms are easily used and abuse. What is your thoughts, please share. Thanks.
