Working hours: 8.30am – 5.30pm, 5.5 days
Job Scope
• To be stationed in the hospital lobby and greet customers warmly
• Assist customers with enquiries promptly and assists them with their needs
• A good working knowledge of the hospital's products, services, packages, etc
• To triage patients seeking admission at the Patient Service Centre
• Provide directional assistance to patients, customers, etc.
• Review the daily admission listing of patients as well as the VIP listings and note time of arrivals
• Assist in the management VIP admissions and work closely with the respective wards
• Any other duties assigned from time to time
Requirements
• Minimum 'N' & 'O' Levels
• 1 - 2 years working experience, preferably in a hospitality industry
• Proficient in MS Office
• Possess an outgoing personality, team player, good interpersonal & communications skills, positive attitude and with a neat appearance
