Job Scope
• Perform outgoing calls to conduct telephonic surveys.
• To obtain feedback from clients on the quality of service
• Data entry and collation into MS Excel
• Prepare simple charts
Requirements
• Able to commit for at least 2 months
• GCE ‘O’ Level or Diploma holder
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Candidates with relevant telephonic survey or healthcare experience will have an added advantage
