concluded a deal with seller and was told to deal the next day on 20 Sept 2014 late morning at his block in WOODLANDS!!!



i dropped him a sms as requested before i left. i reached his place, text him, whatsapp him, and called him many many times but totally no response.



totally wasted my time, and petrol from JURONG to WOODLANDS! what an irresponsible fellow.
