Job Scope:
Actively promotes DFS brand by presenting our products, services, promotions and Loyal T program in a professional manner on the online platform so as to gain the confidence and trust of our clients.
Build, develop and maintain positive relationships with our clients by establishing an insight and understanding of their lifestyle, brand and merchandise preferences including their likes and dislikes.
Attends to phone-in enquiries, correspondences and follow-up tasks relating to the online in-store purchases, promotions and the Loyal T Program in order to maximise sales on each order.
Ensures high level of quality service is achieved so as to enhance our clients' shopping experience.
Handles day-to-day product transactions such as product returns, refunds and exchanges.
Assists in administrative work such as generating reports, problem solving, data entry, updating of flight data and other ad-hoc services or projects assigned.
Responsible for running the online in-store purchases and further follow-ups efficiently.
Responsible for delivering excellent customer service and building positive relationships with our clients.
Requirements:
A diploma, preferably in Communications or equivalent
Minimum 3 years' experience in customer service related industry
Highly proficient in spoken and written English
Good telephone techniques and communication skills with excellent articulation and accurate pronunciations
Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities
Proactive, independent and a strong team player
Customer service focused with the ability to build rapport with clients easily
