Full Time: Junior Associate Engineer (12hour Shift)

Job Description

• Responsible to ensure smooth running on day-to-day operations on the IT infrastructure.


• Carrying out systems and infra health checks and monitoring.


• Handle alerts, incident resolution and/or bypass and by liaising with service desk, and DC operators where relevant.


• Define/review and define operation works instruction and implement works instructions.


• Participate in incident/problem/capacity review and implementation


• Handle and manage customer requests base on Service Management process/procedure


• Ensure compliance of operations according to agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Requirements

• Possess at least a Diploma in computing related fields


• At least 1 year of experience in operations support in the server management, backup and storage administration or network and security administration areas.


• Possess basic network understanding and familiar with network management tools such as Cisco, Juniper etc.


• Familiarity in ITIL framework, Virtualisation Technology, Storage Arrays and Backup technologies will be advantageous.
  
  
  

Training will be provided

Monthly Remuneration: $2200 - $2500 plus shift allowance.

Working Location: East
