We are looking for the IT sales to be responsible for:
- Make plans to seek and acquire projects on Mobile App Outsourcing.
- Get in touch with potential customers to consult and negotiate; personally reach and attentively communicate with the contacts to tend to their individual demands.
- Meet and liaise with clients to discuss and identify their requirements.
- Attend conferences, and join business associations to build relationships and find new customers and new partners.
- Develop and manage your own business leads and drive the full sales cycle right through from prospecting to clinching deals.
- Take advantages of information on the internet and from social relationships to find customers.
- Establish, maintain, and develop relationships with current customers, and always broaden the customer base.
- Promptly carry out creative/innovative work for clients, and report to them on time for approval and/or modification.
- Make convincing sales pitches to win new business.
Requirements:
- Singaporean nationality.
- Graduation from universities, majoring in business administration, marketing, information and technology.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in Mobile App Outsourcing is required for this position
- Skills for setting up strategies to find customers.
- Ability to think creatively, communicate effectively, and sell successfully.
- Ability to think analytically and to set clear priorities, with very strong organizational, issue-resolving, and decision-making skills.
- Be able to work under high pressure, and work individually or in groups effectively.
- Be able to negotiate, persuade, and solve problems with customers via phone, email or in person.
- Good computer skills, and good office skills.
Remuneration and benefit package:
- Base salary: Will be negotiated at the interview.
- Working time is flexible and working place comfortable.
- Enjoy the full package of remuneration/benefits according to the Labor Law of Singapore.
- Have insurance as soon as becoming an official employee of the company (social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, etc.).
- Have 1 month probation (It may be shorter, depending on ability).
