Salary: upto $3,000 or more (with good experience)
Working hours: 6 days, rotating shifts
Job Scope
• Understanding and exemplifying the company spirit and hospitality.
• Leading and ensuring the basics (smile, greeting, responding, organization, safety, house rules, etc.)
• Understanding of different concepts at both outlets.
• Administration of daily schedule. (Daily pre and post opening meeting. Staffs break time. Opening and closing.)
• Smooth communication. (Between staff and management.)
• Understanding the concept of the restaurant and exemplifying the IPPUDO style
• Support in HR management (human resources, Overtime control, recruitment, training, evaluation)
• Quality assurance (products, taste, delivery time, temperature, allergies)
• Cash management, Outlet Equipment and supplies management (ordering, inventory)
• Effective reporting and discussing with direct reports and relevant managements
Requirements
• At least 2 to 3 years related experience
• Relevant F&B Certification will be an advantage
• Candidate must be highly motivated
• Good inter-personal and communication skill
