Senior Executive, Contact Centre (Hospital)

Location: Centre

Salary: $4,200 - $4,800

Working hours: OH, 5 days



Job Scope

• Manage the operations of call centre

• Handle general and business enquiries, emergency activation and appointment scheduling via multiple channels of communication such as phone, fax and email.

• Be involved in resource planning, reviewing processes, staff recruitment and training.

• Be responsible for monitoring performance and KPIs as well as Centre's IT projects and other process-improvement projects.

• Required to support Hospital's initiatives in service differentiation and business development.



Requirements

• Degree with at least 6 years of experience in managing a customer service/call centre of similar size

• Familiar with IT systems and applications with good understanding of Nortel framework and SAP

• Process-driven and customer focused

• Dynamic and business-oriented
