Job Scope
• Partner with management and hiring managers to understand the staffing needs
• Assist in developing resourcing strategies to ensure that corporate staffing goals and objectives are met
• Provide service delivery in the key areas of recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations and drive quality improvement initiatives to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of recruitment
• Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics.
Requirements
• Degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline
• Minimum 3-5 years relevant experience. Candidates with more years of experience may be considered for Senior Executive level
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on attitude with high degree of initiative and resourcefulness
• Forward-thinking and able to deliver outstanding results in a progressive and fast-paced work environment
