Salary: $1,600 - $1,900
Job Scope:
• Assist the Chef de Partie and the Demi Chef de Partie in ensuring the smooth running of the production kitchen, which caters for daily patients' meals.
• You will also prepare the daily mise en place, plating and dishing of meals, and ensure meal quality standards are met.
Requirements
• Min. ITE certificate / GCE 'O' / 'N' Level, and a F&B Safety & Hygiene Certificate
• At least 4 years of work experience as a Cook
• Able to work on public holidays and weekends with staggered hours between 5am to 7pm
• Able to cook various cuisine
