Job Scope:
• Shipment Planning
• Booking of vessel / flight for shipments
• Advise shipping details to customers and arrange shipping docs to customer / bank
• Verify freight forwarders invoices
Requirements
• Minimum Diploma certificate
• 3 to 5 yrs of working experience in Customer Care role is an advantage
• Experience in handling shipping documents
• Preferably with SAP experience
